Our Support and Development officer can provide information and advice on a range of issues ,delivered in the clients preferred communication method eg. British Sign language

The SDC is working closely with dDeaflinks groups to organise a planned calendar of events, including talks and presentations on issues which are relevant to our client groups , these are delivered in a communication method relevant to the group. e.g BSL, Lip speaking.

Through attending an intensive training programme with the CAB to ensure information is relevant and up to date the SDC has a wealth of resources and information which our client group can find difficult to access elsewhere.
